Credit Suisse requires first class technology to help it operate as effectively as possible; this technology in turn relies upon thousands of the best IT people to support it and carry it forward.
Around 17,000 IT professionals globally work for Credit Suisse in a mixture of technical and non-technical roles; from complex programming and information architecture to client relationship management and business analysis.

Spring Insight Week – Our week long 2015 Spring Insight program is aimed at students graduating in 2017; the program will provide you with an insight into IT at Credit Suisse. During the week you will take part in work shadowing, CV workshops and business information sessions, as well as social and networking events. This Spring Week program is an important hiring channel for our 2016 Summer Internship class.
Summer Internship – Our 10 week 2015 Summer Internship program is aimed at students graduating in 2016; the program will provide you with formal financial markets training, as well as on the job practice and mentoring. As well as undertaking an assigned desk-specific project during your internship, you will also be working on a group project with your peers to help you build upon your project management, team collaboration and presentation skills. Throughout the program, you’ll have many opportunities to meet with senior managers, colleagues and peers across the bank. The summer internship is our core hiring channel for our 2016 full-time Analyst class.
Industrial Placement – Our six-month and 12-month program is aimed at students graduating in 2016 (for the six-month placement) or 2017 (for the 12-month placement). The placement offers a unique opportunity to put theoretical coursework and studies into practice in a commercial, business environment. This program is one of our core hiring channels for our full-time Analyst classes.
Full-Time Technical Analyst Program – Our two-year program is aimed at students graduating in 2015; the program will provide you with extensive training on IT, Financial Services, project management and soft skills, providing you with a solid grounding for a successful career in IT. Technical Analysts rotate across two different desks during the program, which in turn will assist you in building your network with additional IT staff members and senior managers. All Technical Analysts receive on-going support from a Career Advisor over the course of the program, and the potential to be considered for leadership and management skills training.
