As a Graduate at WSP, you will be a part of a 3 year Graduate Development Program to attract high performing talent, and develop and retain world class skills.
The programme offers a comprehensive and pragmatic approach to developing skills, knowledge and behaviours. The purpose of the scheme is to develop graduates to be technically sound, able to work on multi-disciplinary projects, client facing, and become the professionally qualified future leaders of WSP.
A large part of the development will be achieved by working on actual projects and reflecting on those experiences. This is supplemented by a range of courses, seminars and events. These will provide a great opportunity to network, develop business and interpersonal skills, as well as helping to identify strengths and areas for development.
